The destruction of the environment, due to indiscriminate logging and destruction of Flora and Fauna, is one of the most critical problems in the world and that is why there has been a need for awareness in the search for alternatives solution. For with the passage of time there runs the danger that the earth will suffer irreversible magnitudes with mortal danger to humanity. The catastrophe of the environment, due to indiscriminate logging, destruction is growing fast and soon it will be too late to stop the environmental imbalance, the main responsible are human beings, destroying forests and tropical forests, negatively altering the Atmosphere and the balance of the earth. The Ecuadorian State has the Environmental Management Law, which does not criminally criminalize or contravene; It being necessary for the National Assembly to reform COIP in its article 246 with a penalty of deprivation of liberty so as to respect the rights and principles enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador 2008, it for part established the responsibility in the management of nature is of the State, however, the same Constitution prescribes the Right of Repetition, so that they respond for their actions and omissions, Therefore, the responsibility rests with all the institutions of the public sector and in general it is the responsibility of all the citizens that we live in the Ecuadorian territory.
