الملخص:This research and project planning was conducted in the Amazon District, specifically in the state oíl facilities of EPPetroecuador Shushufindi. They are located in Canton Shushufindi, Sucumbíos province, which was determined in the presence of 85 environmental liabilities, whether they weathered oíl pools, fluids containing hydrocarbon origin, deposited in all these years of oil without any storage or retrieval technique, by poor administration, becoming tangible sources of contamination, which could be determined through surveys and interviews with employees of the Company and mainly oil dwellers where they found the deteriorating health as well as the effects on the environment to be a sustainable resource and sustainable for future generations. Based on this and the estimate of the amount of existing weathered oíl pools Shushufindi, that is gross barrels of 19822.87, a proposal was developed for weathered oíl recovery, considering social, labor and economic and that implementation becomes a reality in the short term without compromising the business economics. For the operation of the plant with the support of the administration was structured organic functional requirements of materials and equipment, was developed isometric plane, defining the role of each of the equipment and operating parameters, costing approximately $ 249,054.61. By implementing these processes of low cost and easy operation is achieved restore the environment, the health of nearby residents, ultimate elimination of environmental liabilities thus disappear sources of pollution generated by the weathered crude resources and can be fitted economic state coffers.
