Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa procesadora y comercializadora para los productores de piña, cantón Pichincha, año 2015

This work was performed at the Pichincha, Manabí, period 2015 Canton, where he analyzed the main objective "FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMPANY PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTOR FOR PRODUCERS OF PINEAPPLE, CANTON PICHINCHA, 2015 ".As techniques and research methods were applied to test the hypothesis proposed in this research work as part of the survey research where acceptance of service that would offer the company was known were used. Importantly, inductive, deductive and analytical methods used. It is important to consider that do not have a company that bid this service even if the population is engaged in the production of pineapple.Then the following results were obtained in the economic study, the investment of $ 177,560.00 applied to five years with an annual increase of 5%, with revenues for the first year of $ 153,305.25 is required.The project is economically viable because each dollar invested company has 0.45 cents. Within this work are many facings used to achieve the objective as well as the methodology applied, and all economic processes that result in the annual netincone.
