Argumentación jurídica del derecho comparado para regular el manejo de la fauna urbana, con la cobertura de los gads municipales en correlación con el principio constitucional del buen vivir

This thesis of legal research, entitled "Legal Argumentation OF COMPARATIVE LAW TO REGULATE THE URBAN WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT WITH COVERAGE OF MUNICIPAL GADs correlate with CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLE OF GOOD LIVING" makes a comprehensive study of wildlife management urban city of Quevedo. Research proposes the creation of an Ordinance for Comprehensive Protection of Fauna Urbana City Quevedo, backed in Art. 57, lit. to the COOTAD., hence the importance of research. In Chapter I, introduction, problem analysis, justification, objectives and formulated the hypothesis of the research is done. In Chapter II, the theoretical framework is developed in the doctrinal, jurisprudential, legislative and legal field compared the issue raised. Chapter III discusses the methodology: The methods used, the design of the research, which in this case was descriptive, documentary and field. Population and sample is described, techniques and research tools In Chapter IV, the analysis and interpretation of results obtained through the use of surveys and interviews to selected sectors of the population occurs. The research hypothesis is tested and the report of the research is conducted. In Chapter V, the conclusions and recommendations is done Chapter VI, developed the proposal for an Ordinance for Comprehensive Protection of Fauna Urbana City Quevedo.
