總結:The company AGRIPAC S.A. -AGRIGRAIN Plant located in Canton Mocache is the business unit that provides raw material for other business units with the help of the corn plantation development program that has increased its cultivation area of 2200 hectares in 2003 To 10,000 by 2015, plus direct credit and other development programs in conjunction with MAGAP, CFN, among others. The objective of the research was to study the Integrated Management System of AGRIPAC S.A. And its impact on the costs and productivity of the AGRIGRAIN Plant of Canton Mocache during the years 2014 and 2015. The methods used were analytical, descriptive, observation, inductive, deductive and historical, with which a review and analysis of the Indicators of the integrated management system, records of internal control in processes and quality and the cost related to all activities of the SGI during the years 2014 and 2015. The indicators allow to measure the consumptions the use and the compliance of the laws norms and regulations in force , Among the indicators analyzed is the consumption of water per tonne of production in which the proposed target is 1 m3 per tonne, there is a reduction between 2014 and 2015 of 55.29% which is not related to the production of commercial grains And seed as this was reduced by 8.58% due to the rejection level for grain quality in 2014, which was 10.29% and nonconforming grain of 10.94%, which was punished in price. Another indicator is the consumption of electric energy calculated in kilowatts hours which shows a significant reduction of 53.81% between 2014 and 2015 which is related to the reduction of productivity and which reflects a reduction of 49.3% in cost of production. It should be noted that despite the reduction in the total production of dry and clean products, there is a 3.6% increase in the cost per unit of production, which makes it necessary to optimize resources, especially in SGI costs, since between 2018 and 2015 have increased by 768.23%, in addition to a policy that allows to reduce the level of rejections from the sowing and all stages until their reception in compliance with the current quality standards.
