"Desarrollo de una metodología de alimentación de datos para el cuadro de mando integral de la UTEQ"

This research Project is oriented to develop a methodology of information feeding for Balanced Scorecard of the Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo (UTEQ), which will allow improve the integration of the information the University systems by means of a software. The methodology of information load is based on an ETL process that consists of extracting the information from the information sources, the transformation is realized through SQL queries and the information load is realized to the database of the Balanced Scorecard, which comes to current of repository. There will be a tool created to facilitate the extraction of information of the data sources for after charge to the variables the Balanced Scorecard, all this process it will be supervised by the connection manager by means of states. Furthermore, applies a calendar of load for every variable, trying this way to improve the opportunity of the information. The realized tests they allowed check the data loads from the information sources using the scheduling of the variables as well as the notifications by email to the responsible users both the compliance as for the delay or fault
