| Summary: | The research entitled "Exportation of fine cocoa bean aroma (Theobroma cacao) at the company Quevexport S.A. Of the Province of Los Ríos ", aims to establish who are the suppliers of fine aroma cocoa in the company; To demonstrate the processes that the exporter has for the purchase of the fine cocoa bean; To know the target market of the cocoa bean in Quevedo, applying the type of field research and documentary bibliography, the research methods were inductive, deductive, analytical, in addition a survey was carried out to 20 suppliers of cocoa from the company and the Interview with the administrator is established as results that 40% indicates that has more than 10 years in the market exercising the activity of cacao grower, 90% states that the cocoa offered to the company is intended for export, also the cultivation of Cocoa of its sellers must be improved, it was determined that the procedure for export consists of carrying the merchandise upon completion, revised by customs is proceeded to load, with the documentation ready to proceed to the shipment determining the level of risk that arrives the merchandise for That the importer receives in excellent condition; It was recommended that producers and organizations should receive constant training to gradually change artisanal production to a more technical form of cultivation in the area of cocoa in order to obtain the effective flow of quantity, quality and frequency. |
