Techniques to Obtain Information Surveys. - The surveys are conducted to the economically active population of 48.390 inhabitants in the canton Quevedo. (INEC-1991) with the projection for 2010 of an increase of 2.7% annually, including students and athletes from the city of Quevedo, the sample size is 381 surveys. The percentage (95%) of trust which is required to ensure the data from the sample to the total population. with the purpose of obtaining information on sports issues of our city. Interviews are intended to major in sports authorities of the city of Quevedo, to obtain relevant data in a SWOT analysis functionality of the feasibility of our project. To meet the objectives proposed a study was conducted SWOT analysis, market study and financial analysis. The SWOT analysis, we could demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses present in Quevedo sport, building the administrative function variables, function Human Resources and Civil Infrastructure. By studying the market we could see supply and demand, market characteristic, behavior and conditions of the producing companies operating in the market and projecting the future behavior, we were able to establish different types of market to compete in geographical context which determines our local, regional, national. So having clear what the product is what satisfies you the consumer in case the athlete in all its expressions in the Olympic world locally, nationally and internationally. As demand on the regional geographic context to the advancement of technology our market we can define not only the city of Quevedo and its zone of influence but the whole country and the international arena. The fixed investment of fixed assets and deferred the same amount to the amount of $ 401.828.48. The working capital to use to the first month of operation of the project, which is the amount of $ 13.318.24. The cash flow generated for the first year is $ 47,727,00 and planned growth for the following years until the tenth year in a projected $ 197,151,00. Referring to the net present value it is of $ -209,09 what means that the project economically is not profitable, nevertheless in benefits of services will obtain significant profits in the field of Olympic Deporte The return rate is 19.99% which is higher than the market interest rate so the project is feasible and viable from the economic point. The updated cost benefit ratio is determined by dividing profit for total current expenditures to date, giving them a score of 2.75, indicating that for every dollar invested returns (2.75 cents). |
