| Sumario: | The social projects promoted by the GAD Parroquial Isla de Bejucal seek to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the community. However, beneficiaries' perception of their effectiveness has shown areas for improvement, especially in the alignment between objectives and real needs. The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of these projects on the satisfaction of the beneficiaries and to determine key aspects for their optimization. The aim was to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in the management of resources, attention and programming of activities. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was adopted. The research was based on surveys applied to 150 beneficiaries of social programs. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to identify trends and levels of satisfaction. The results show that 65% of respondents perceive projects as effective, although 20% remain neutral and 15% consider them inadequate. 60% believe that the programs have improved their quality of life, while 25% do not perceive significant changes. In addition, 70% are satisfied with the care received, but 18% show neutrality and 12% dissatisfaction. It is concluded that, although projects generate a positive impact, it is necessary to improve planning, communication and training of personnel. It is recommended to strengthen community participation and continuous evaluation of programs to achieve greater alignment with the needs of beneficiaries. |
