Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | This research work was carried out at the Port Operator SERPEPACIFIC S.A located in Manta, to propose a prevention plan against physical risks, noise and lighting, analyzing the working conditions of the operational areas. The research methods used were field, quantitative and bibliographic, being the basis of the development and obtaining of the results. A population of 179 workers was considered, and the critical points by area. Analyzed the results in the discharge area the noise has an average of 82.13 dB, it is an acceptable level according to Executive Decree 2393, the level in the classification area has an average of 88.31 dB, determining that they are not acceptable. The lighting in the discharge area was identified with an average of luxes is 86.95, concluding that it is acceptable according to Executive Decree 2393, the result of the classification area is 362.87 luxes, this being acceptable. With regard to the current situation of occupational accidents and diseases of personnel, it was identified that in the period studied there have been 15 occupational accidents, and within the occupational diseases were identified: hearing loss, low back pain, asthenopia, scoliosis and sponlondiarthrosis, according to the acoustic and light comfort of the staff it was determined that if there is discomfort, applying the T Student calculation and Pareto Chart it was obtained that the risk factors do affect the safety and health of workers, being necessary a respective management.
