Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un laboratorio clínico en la unidad médica ‘’Estero de piedras 2’’ del seguro social campesino iess, en el cantón Quinsaloma año 2014

The feasibility study conducted at the Medical Unit "Estero de Piedras 2", belonging to Quinsaloma Canton, for the creation and installation of a modern functional and stocked with much needed to serve all members of the Security modern clinical laboratory technology Social Campesino, belonging to the sites that make up the territorial extension of Canton. Whereas the rural population in the order of 11,903 inhabitants of both genders, which corresponds to 72.2% of the rural population of the canton, as INEC 2010 census; the same size of the sample was obtained, at number 387, yielded information according to different questions, needs to have a Clinical Laboratory, run by the IESS. To meet the criteria discharges through the sample research methodology, inductive, deductive, field and statistics were applied to internalize the needs of the inhabitants of the different campuses and surrounding areas Medical Unit, often attending for medical care to Estero de Piedras 2. The answers are categorized in terms of the need for a laboratory that can diagnose the cause of his illness and it is therefore necessary that the Social Security dowry community space of a technical nature investigated. The research concludes with annotations contained in the conclusions, respaldas by the objectives and these recommendations, where the need to strengthen the functioning of clinical laboratory is emphasized are noted.
