| Resumo: | This research work is performed in order to administratively improved through the proposed creation of the department of human talent, the company Banadecsa branch Quevedo Los Rios province, for which an assessment of the administrative situation was made organization. The following work entitled CREATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TALENT HUMAN FOR EMPRESA BANANAS FROM ECUADOR BANADECSA, sub-branch QUEVEDO, 2015, whereby it is intended to solve the problem of the lack of the administrative tool that allows the organization is presented obtain human talent department. In developing research qualitative and quantitative evaluation was applied to determine the percentage of the characteristics of the investigated object by personal interview based on questionnaires made the manager of the municipal company, is working with a universal sample of company employees , who were surveyed to achieve the objectives of this study. A proposal that includes three job descriptions, department manager in charge of admission, charged with training to carry out their activities took place. After the proposal to achieve its management improvement through processes of human talent, the organization set out to present the proposal to be approved by the principal matrix for execution. |
