Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | This research paper entitled "Feasibility Study for the creation of a training center of the Chamber of Commerce La Maná, Cotopaxi province, 2015" aims to determine the viability of the project through market research, technical , their respective economic and financial evaluation. The methods used were: historical, inductive, deductive and analytical. In the research design consists of the sample size which corresponds to 576 merchants and entrepreneurs of La Maná Canton. The instruments used field research and survey were applied. The survey was conducted at 230 traders and micro market research also shows that demand for the creation of the training center is 100%, with 83% unsatisfied demand in the supply is 65%. It was found that infrastructure requirements will be an area of 52 square meters, it will be distributed as follows: 10 square meters for office shared between management and secretary, and the remaining 42 meters will be used for area training. The human talent needed for operation is 4: manager, facilitator, secretary, and accountant. On the legal side the training center will be created with the contribution of 2 partners with its name was called "CEMIPRO" SA which operate in La Maná, Cotopaxi province, Parroquia El Carmen in the Av. San Pablo and San Vicente. The total investment amount for the creation of the training center reflects a value of $ 15,140.00 US dollars which will be funded with the contribution of 2 partners; 67% will be provided by the partner 1 and the remaining 33% will provide the partner both. In addition it was found that the project is viable because in the calculation of NPV gave a positive value of $ 5,439.29 would be rejected if its value was less than zero.
