Shrnutí:Studies of anthropogenic activities in protected areas, parks or botanical gardens are very scarce and should be paramount in the world. This study aims to evaluate flora and fauna and identify threats from human activities. In this project it was possible to know that the biodiversity of floristic species of the botanical garden is made up of 28 families, 38 genera, 38 species and a total of 65 individuals in the study area that includes 800 m2 for the total of blocks, where it was measured the basal area according to the methodology of Ubialli et al., (2009) that defined the area by breast height (1.30 m), all the data were grouped by blocks, it was also possible to characterize the highly relevant native fauna species. , is considered diverse due to the number of species that live within natural areas. The solid waste that predominated in the study carried out was glass, reaching 38%, surpassing plastics by 5%, the most harmful was plastic waste because it was found scattered in all-natural areas, so it is stated that the residues are substantially affecting the biodiversity of the Botanical Garden. This research emphasized the proposal of a management plan, conservation and environmental policies, of natural spaces with planning documents where the strategic lines and actions aimed at preserving and improving the state of natural systems and the landscape will be defined. based on the knowledge and analysis of its current state and the definition of conservation objectives. Keywords: anthropogenic activities, natural areas, biodiversity, solid waste, environmental management and environmental impact.
