Zusammenfassung:In this thesis the "strategic marketing plan for the "Residential Carolina" City of Quito, similarly presented to establish communication strategies and marketing, so that take advantage of market opportunities and meet a great need of the sector; the project will take into account the views of stakeholders that are related to commercial activities related to the development of technical studies . The project beneficiaries are several; the investor will get income derivative business execution, the population of the sector for service to be offered, which will lead to economic recovery in southern Quito. The "Residential Carolina" develop a strategic marketing plan for possession in the housing market through the implementation of effective promotion and advertising campaign, so in this way is given to know the company and its services aggressively, thus increasing the chances that the potential consumer think of the "Residential Carolina" when a purchase of a property . All this can be made by assigning a representative dollar amount for the budget of promotion and advertising campaigns in order to attract and keep customers in the south of the city of Quito.
