Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The research is focused on the application of the Audit Human Talent Area Distinguished Fire Brigade of La Maná Canton with the aim of analyzing the weaknesses that impede the effective and efficient performance by staff. Using this application, it was possible to obtain and verify information obtained on the status of the institution. Direct observation with the purpose of obtaining real picture, as well as the problems that exist in the same was used to develop it. The research was applied in this study literature, methodological, descriptive and explanatory, allowing information about how that affects the audit to the management of human talent, also by gathering techniques such as the interview to the Chief, Chief Operating Officer and operational staff survey as part of the institution. Providing solutions to the deficiencies found by the conclusions and recommendations to develop effectively and efficiently each of its functions in order to implement and enforce the objectives and strategies, thus achieving development and progress of the institution. Finally giving the result of the audit report that includes the findings and suggestions given to demonstrate the transparency of the audit review as it came to meet the planned objectives. |
