Özet:The present research was conducted in the "Finca Magdalena", located in the Canton Quevedo, Province of the Rivers, in order to determine the levels of chemical fertilization more optimal in the cultivation of pepper (Capsicum frutescens), with the aim of improving the use of chemicals at the same time, improve the production and performance. The investigation was based in two parts: the first part phase there decided the most ideal level of chemical fertilizer, where treatments were realized by the purpose of knowing the level of fertilizer that better production reached, In the phase two; there were evaluated the treatments applied with the aim to determine which had major production of fruits this I realize it to the moment of the crop where there knew itself which treatment had major performance, in the phase three; there was realized an economic analysis of the treatments studied with the aim to determine which was the treatment that major benefits kind.
