Sumari:In the property "María" of the Technical State University of the canton Quevedo, located in the km 7 of the Road Quevedo. The Connection, county of Ríos, county of Ríos was determined the "Population of bacterias and mushrooms in roots of leguminous arbustivas and cringing" in different states of maturity, where they took as objectives to carry out cultivations and isolations microbiológicos, and to identify the populations of mushrooms and present bacterias in the grass-leguminous associations, using a design of complete blocks at random and (DCA) the technique of Petrifilm for the count of colonies. In the simple effect of the bacterias and mushrooms in the varieties of leguminous cringing and arbustivas, the biggest number of bacterial colonies corresponds to the leguminous arbustiva Matarratón with 26,17 UFC, and for the populations of mushrooms the biggest number is indicated for the same one leguminous with 11,12 UFC. Being confirmed the hypothesis: "The leguminous arbustiva Matarratón (Gliricidia sepium) will show the biggest population of bacterias and mushrooms." For the analysis of the simple effect of the bacterias and mushrooms in the ages, the biggest number of colonies bacterias is reported to the 140 days with 26,17 UFC. In the colonies of mushrooms the biggest number was to the age of 110 days with 11,12 UFC. Of the simple effect of bacterias and mushrooms in the dilutions, it is indicated that the colonies of bacterias have an increment of 59,33 and 10,94 UFC in the dilutions 4 and 5. For the case of mushrooms it was observed that the dilutions that present the biggest quantity in colonies are 4 (23,67 UFC) 8 (6,50 UFC). In the interaction of the leguminous ones for the age, Kudzú to the 80 days (24,67 UFC) and Matarratón at the 110 (24,00 UFC) and 140 days (45,73 UFC) they obtained the biggest number of bacterial colonies. To level of colonies of mushrooms, Kudzú 80 (14,73 UFC) and 140 days (12,93 UFC); Matarratón (19,53 UFC) and Flemingia (16,93 UFC) of 110 days presented the biggest number of populations. For the analysis of the interaction of the leguminous ones for the dilution at level of bacterias, leguminous Matarratón presents the biggest number of colonies in the dilutions 5 (15,67 UFC), 6 (15,78 UFC), 7 (4,89 UFC) and 8 (1,22 UFC). In the case of mushrooms, the biggest increment of colonies was observed in leguminous Kudzú in the dilutions 4 (40,44 UFC) and 5 (9,33 UFC), followed by Matarratón in the dilutions 6 (12,22 UFC) and 7 (1,44 UFC) and Flemingia in the dilution 8 (24,44 UFC). Regarding the interaction of the age for the dilution, the biggest number of bacterial colonies showed up to the 110 days in the dilutions 6 (11,42 UFC), 7 (3,92 UFC) and 8 (16,67 UFC) and 140 days in the dilutions 4 (110,50 UFC) and 5 (14,25 UFC), and in the colonies of mushrooms the best index also showed up to the 110 days in the dilutions 4 (28,42 UFC), 5 (6,75 UFC), 7 (0,92 UFC) and 8 (18,58 UFC); and 140 days in the dilution 6 (9,00 UFC). Finally for the interaction of the association, for the age and for the dilution, the highest numbers in the bacterial colonies correspond leguminous Matarratón to the 140 days in the dilutions 4 (176,33 UFC) and 5 (39,33 UFC). At level of mushrooms, the biggest number of colonies also shows up in Matarratón to the 110 days in the dilution 4 with 73,67 UFC, followed by Flemingia at the 110 in the dilution 8 with 73,33 UFC.
