Plan estratégico para gestión administrativa de las pymes agrícolas en el catón Mocache.

Because today it is important that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are efficient and competitive in this research project "Strategic Plan for Administrative Management of Agricultural SMEs Mocache Canton" was held, for proper development of the Strategic Plan SWOT analysis of the current situation of the company where the Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats found and was made, as well as the contextual framework of the investigation was also developed, were considered as subjects; introduction, objective justification and specific objectives, problem. In the theoretical framework topics and subtopics that have to do with the investigation in relation to definitions and concepts as detailed; companies, administration, planning and importance, types, characteristics, principles, importance of strategic planning strategic planning. Concept of SMEs, importance’s, characteristics, family SME, strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages of them. For the implementation of this research were used, methods, types, design, technical, policy, strategy, budget and research sources enabling developing strategies to improve the organization It is therefore developing the analysis and interpretation of the results of the survey of the, directors and owners of the Agricultural SME, considering that by not having a strategic plan disorganization within the company is obtained and thus caused problems in the process of decision making.
