Shrnutí:Flowering induction is an important practice in soursop cultivation to ensure a high level of production, so it is important to apply production technologies that allow inducing flowering and at the same time reduce flower abortion, which can reduce production. Considering the above, the present research aimed to evaluate the effect of the application of commercial hormones for induction to flowering of the soursop (Annona muricata) crop in the Fumisa sector in the Buena Fe area. The experiment took place in the Hacienda San Eduardo, located at km 20.7 of the Buena Fe - Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas road. The trial was conducted under a randomized complete block design (DCA) with five treatments in three replications. The treatments evaluated were T1: Eco-hormones (0.75 L ha-1), T2: Cytokin (1.00 L ha-1), T3: Green master (1.5 L ha-1), T4: New gibb (45.00 g ha-1) and T5: Witness. The results obtained showed that with the application of Eco-hormones (750 mL ha-1) the production of flowers was accelerated in 4 days and the formation of the first fruits in 6 days, compared to the control without application. Flower production was higher when Eco-hormones (0.75 L ha-1) were applied, which exceeded the control (21 flowers) by 28 flowers, also registering a higher percentage of flower fertilization (83.06%). Flower abortion was significantly lower when Eco-hormones (0.75 L ha-1) (16.94%) was applied, representing a decrease of 25.26% in relation to the control. Keywords: flower abortion, flower fertilization, flower production.
