| Resumo: | The present investigation had for object to determine the effectiveness of a fitohormone and three types of bases in to take root of stakes of Mulberry of Castile (Rubus glaucus Benth). The applied hormone was Acid Butyric Indol in dose of 0 ppm and 1.000 ppm. The utilized bases were humus, pomina and black earth. The investigative work was carried out in the canton Ambato county of the Tungurahua, in the parish Picaihua, property of Mr. Luis Humberto Caguana Pimbo. The field works were carried out under conditions of ambient temperature 180C, 60% of relative humidity, heliofanía 1.760 hours of average yearly and 2.659 m.s.n.m. The design experimental employee was a D.C.A. with factorial arrangement of 2 x 3 and 5 repetitions, the taking of data was made during 60 days, to which were carried out the statistical analysis by means of Statistical Analysis System (SAS). The procedure ANOVA was used for the variance analysis and test of Tukey (0,05). He was also carried out an economic analysis of each treatment in study: Application cost, total entrance, balance of income, relationship benefit/cost and production/plant cost. Of the results he settles down that the best treatment in use of a fitohormone and three types of bases in to take root of stakes of Mulberry of Castile (Rubus glaucus Benth), it is the T5 (Acid Indol Butyric 1.000 ppm + Pomina). The treatment T5 (Acid Indol Butyric 1.000 ppm + Pomina) it is the one that presented the biggest benefit/cost in 3,96; and, the treatment T1 (Acid Indol Butyric 0 ppm + Humus) it demonstrated the smallest benefit/cost in 0,07 as soon as he/she refers to use of a fitohormone and three types of bases in to take root of stakes of Mulberry of Castile (Rubus glaucus Benth). |
