Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de un centro recreacional de juegos populares y tradicionales, Quevedo año 2013

The research project entitled " FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A RECREATIONAL CENTER AND TRADITIONAL GAMES POPULAR Quevedo YEAR 2013 " was held in Canton Quevedo, Los Rios province and included the use of the necessary methodology that allowed compliance with each of the objectives proposed in the project . First it was necessary to establish the project issues, where the most important was to find that Quevedo has a Recreation Center as proposed. The Market allowing supply and demand to define the project, assisted in the definition of arguments that led to the identification of consumer behavior in the service offered. The surveys helped determine the geographic viability of the project, it suggests, is on Via Buena Fe, being present in an area of high commercial boom. The economic study of the project showed an initial investment of $ 55,659.61 which includes value; production costs, administrative expenses and acquisition of fixed assets, or commonly called the technology of the plant. The profitability analysis conducted found that the project presented the net present value (VAN) corresponds to $231.167.59, the internal rate of return (TIR) showed a percentage of 143%, and the cost benefit (B/C) resulted in a value of $ 3.02 In conclusion, it can indicate that the proposed research is considered feasible because all the results, contributed favorably to the project.
