| Sammanfattning: | This work of legal research, I made in order to present a doctrinal and legal reasoning of the rights of victims of crime and their impact on the Code of Criminal Integral. This legal research is divided into six chapters. In the first, the problem is about the rights of victims, their temporal and spatial boundaries, justification, objectives, approach of assumptions and resources used during the course of the investigation tried addressed. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework, the rights of victims discussed in the doctrinal, legal, jurisprudential and right aspects compared to laws of neighboring countries. In the third chapter the methodology used in the investigation at issue described; the methods used, the types of research, people, samples of techniques and instruments used in data collection. In the fourth chapter the results are analyzed in order to get to test the hypothesis of the research obtained through interviews with residents of the city of Quevedo, in addition to surveys of lawyers in free practice. The fifth chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations on the doctrinal and legal reasoning of the rights of victims of crime and their impact on the Code of Criminal Integral. Finally, the sixth chapter is where the proposal to the problem is presented. And finally the bibliography, which is the collection of various authors that support the proposed hypothesis. |
