Sumari:This research covered the analysis of administrative management and the relationship with organizational culture in the company "Constru Store". It focused on understanding how administrative practices and processes influence the configuration and evolution of the organization's organizational culture. The main objective was to analyze how administrative decisions impact the formation of shared values, norms and behaviors. A mixed methodology was used, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews and surveys. The research questions focused on the structure and execution of administrative practices, employee perceptions of organizational culture, and the possible correlation between administrative effectiveness and cultural cohesion. The importance of the study was to provide information to improve operational efficiency, optimize decision making and strengthen internal cohesion. The results reveal that administrative management does have an impact on the organizational culture. Furthermore, it was determined that satisfaction with the work environment is good, that commitment and sense of belonging is at an intermediate level. Another important finding is that the administrative processes gave positive results in the year of study.
