Plan de desarrollo y su incidencia en la toma de desiciones de la carrera en administración de Gestión Publica y Municipal, de la Universidad Técnica estatal de Quevedo, periodo 2012-2015

The present research project "Development Plan and its impact on decision-making Race Engineering And Management And Public Management Municipal Distance Unit State Technical University of Quevedo period 2012 - 2015, aims to improve management processes and linking our University community. In developing the plan was used methodologies such as SWOT mathematician, who brings scientific rigor to the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and same was the control board for easy monitoring of projects and activities established for the period from 2012 to 2015. We also use things like: The Internal Situational Diagnosis, where we find: Strengths and Weaknesses Race has today; External Situational Analysis, which identifies opportunities and threats surrounding the race., The Mathematical Foda which strategic Ranking generates is the ordered list of strategic variables, which are the basis for the development of strategic objectives and strategies of the plan; Guiding Elements Race. The Development Plan will help to better decision-making in the race.
