The main objective was to determine the impact of quality management on the union's operational efficiency during 2023. The relevance of the study lay in the need to adopt effective quality management practices to improve operational efficiency and the quality of training services in the community. The research had a qualitative approach, employing descriptive and exploratory methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and direct observation.
