Gestión Administrativa y Financiera y su incidencia en los servicios del cuerpo de Bomberos, Cantón Quevedo, Año 2014

This project is focused on analyzing the administrative and financial management of the unit of the fire brigade Quevedo Canton, with the purpose to know the weaknesses of the institution. an assessment of general administrative management which is currently operating in each of the departments that form the unit of the fire brigade, the purpose is to find the weaknesses and transform them into strengths, it was made the objectives refer to run financial analysis, in order to determine the degree of incidence of the accounts with the group to which they belong; to know the main existing variations from one period to another and leave the respective financial analysis report to the authorities of the Fire Department, with the respective improvement strategies that contribute to management administrative or financial and improving their services. The procedure used in the practical development, was to seek support and reliable, in order to analyze objective data through financial statements in the years determined in order to establish the true economic position of the institution documentation and liquidity capital work and its financial indicator. After analyzing their financial and acquaintances respective results states concluded, we proceeded to provide improvement strategies in order to contribute significantly to the management of the entity manner with feasible solutions to perform in the medium and long term, gradually increase the credibility of the institution.
