| description | This project is focused on analyzing the administrative and financial management of the unit of the fire brigade Quevedo Canton, with the purpose to know the weaknesses of the institution. an assessment of general administrative management which is currently operating in each of the departments that form the unit of the fire brigade, the purpose is to find the weaknesses and transform them into strengths, it was made the objectives refer to run financial analysis, in order to determine the degree of incidence of the accounts with the group to which they belong; to know the main existing variations from one period to another and leave the respective financial analysis report to the authorities of the Fire Department, with the respective improvement strategies that contribute to management administrative or financial and improving their services. The procedure used in the practical development, was to seek support and reliable, in order to analyze objective data through financial statements in the years determined in order to establish the true economic position of the institution documentation and liquidity capital work and its financial indicator. After analyzing their financial and acquaintances respective results states concluded, we proceeded to provide improvement strategies in order to contribute significantly to the management of the entity manner with feasible solutions to perform in the medium and long term, gradually increase the credibility of the institution. |

Se realizó una evaluación de manera general a la gestión administrativa con la que está operando actualmente en cada uno de los departamentos que forman la unidad del cuerpo de bomberos, el propósito es encontrar las debilidades y transformarlas en fortalezas, los objetivos planteados hacen referencia a ejecutar el análisis financiero, con el fin de conocer el grado de incidencia de las cuentas frente al grupo al que pertenecen; para conocer las principales variaciones existentes de un periodo a otro y dejar el respectivo informe de análisis financiero a las autoridades del Cuerpo de Bomberos, con las respectivas estrategias de mejoramiento que contribuyan a su gestión tanto administrativa como financiera y al mejoramiento de sus servicios. El procedimiento utilizado en el desarrollo práctico, consistió en buscar la documentación soporte y fidedigna, que permita analizar datos objetivos a través de estados financieros en los años determinados con el fin de establecer la verdadera posición económica de la institución, así como su liquidez, capital de trabajo y su indicador patrimonial.
