Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The study of this project was conducted in the Agricultural Machinery Company of Ecuador (MADE), which redeployment of machinery and equipment was performed, allowing reduce downtime in manufacturing processes. The aim of this work is to reduce downtime by applying a redistribution of machinery and equipment, thus optimizing time and money. For this, the process of manufacturing a corn sheller, it is the most representative in company revenue was diagnosed. Later times each process was evaluated in two working days allowing for positive results for the company that will help future growth. By the targets the causes of downtime and activities representing manufacturing losses were identified such as: reduced manufacturing and assembly areas, misuse handling machinery and tools space; so it was checked by the methods used as observation and data analysis, which allowed them to redesign workspaces and implement operations manuals of machinery and tools and get a good return for the company. |
