| Crynodeb: | In order to determine the vegetative propagation seedlings CCN-51 cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) with different concentrations of hormones in the Canton Province Bolívar.Se Ships led field research using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replicates Once the ANOVA statistical significance for high repetitions and treatments was determined. In the percentage of dead twigs the best treatment was T1 (23.35) while the lowest result was reported by the T3 (20.23). At 60 days, in a humid chamber the mortality rate increased up to 28.54%, the percentage of sprouted branches, at 45 and 90 days, showed significant differences due to hormone levels. As noted in the first two evaluations, to meet the 120 days, the time variable sprouting treatment 3 (4000 ppm ANA + IBA) is the best treatment, requiring an average of 36 days from planting to the stakes issued its first leaves, being located at the beginning of the first rank.
