总结:This research work was carried out with the purpose of presenting the agro-socioeconomic characterization of the orange crop and its contribution to employment in the Bosque de Oro enclosure, Las Naves canton. Extracting information to twenty-five producers. This study initially contains an analysis that helps to raise the problematization of orange growers, specifically justifies the study of the profile of families, the needs they face and their contribution to employment on the premises. For that, the general objective is set: To characterize the agro-socio-economic aspects of orange cultivation and its contribution to employment in the Bosque de Oro Campus, Las Naves canton. It then describes the conceptualizations aimed at social, economic, agronomic and operational topics that are required to support research. The results are presented with the information obtained through the application of the survey to orange producers in the study area and their respective analyses that allowed us to know the agricultural situationsocial and economic problems faced by families and in turn the participation of the labour force in each of the productive phases of the crop. Finally it includes discussion that confronts the theories and concepts with the results previously extracted then conclusions are drawn; 100% of the producers surveyed are male mostly considered montuvios and the orange variety they produce is usually common Valencia, its farming system is traditional, currently qualify the price of orange as regular since the selling price is $1.50 a hundred and $15 a thousand. The average annual production per hectare is 80,000 oranges and the average monthly income is $100 to $300. KEYWORDS: socioeconomy, orange, producers, labor.
