Özet:Concern about environmental effects and sustainability in the agricultural sector has driven the search for innovative solutions, highlighting the implementation of IoT technologies. This technology is key in the management and monitoring of agricultural processes, facing challenges such as increasing production and minimizing environmental impacts to guarantee sustainability. The automation of agricultural processes through IoT improves efficiency in the use of resources, reduces environmental impact and increases productivity. Specifically, automated management of irrigation and fungicide dispersion becomes crucial for sustainable crop management, adapting to climatic variations, soil types and specific needs of each crop. This study focuses on the automation of irrigation and fungicide dispersion through an IoT network at the State Technical University of Quevedo, located in a region of predominantly agricultural activity. The implementation of this technology will contribute to the technological development of the region, reflecting the university's commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility. The project uses an IoT network to collect data such as humidity and temperature, automatically adjusting irrigation and fungicide application. IoT is emerging as an essential technological revolution for connectivity and real-time data analysis in various sectors, including agriculture.
