Περίληψη:In this project of creating a processing plant cationic starch in the city of Guayaquil, it can be clearly demonstrated that the implementation of it is feasible, then after making the respective market study, it is that there is unmet demand because the offer is mostly imported. Of the twenty potential customers interviewed, most indicated that they want the product to be drawn here because imports are delayed for various reasons and problems at customs, and even product quality is not good. There is also support from the national government to the enterprises with credit lines to strengthen its so named changing the productive matrix. On the technical study has shown that the equipment is inexpensive and raw materials despite the season for higher prices remains profitable as there is sufficient supply, to supply our machinery and the consumption of the rest of the market, as potato third the same as it is sold in markets was used. Likewise, it is shown that the location of the plant is privileged because it is near the accesses to the port and many of the plants that would be our prospects. In the environmental study it found that the greatest natural resource and throughout the production process to be affected is the water, therefore a design where a large amount of process water for reuse recover was made, plus the plant has a good effluent treatment system to avoid contaminating out with non-Newtonian effect that is something that could affect the flora and fauna of the effluents are near the plant. In the economic study it shows that the project is profitable for the investment made with a credit in a 52.16% amortized to 5 years with an interest rate of 8% and the remaining 47.84% of the investment will be with own funds and private investors, the minimum rate of return (TMRA) is 23,52 %, with a positive net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR) of 52,38%, the cost benefit ratio ( B / C) is 1,36.
