Six variables were evaluated, including bunch weight, number of seeds per bunch, total seed weight per bunch, empty rachis weight, exocarp and fresh pulp weight, and oil extraction. Regarding the results, the bunch weight variable showed that both T2 (14 years) and T3 (16 years) had an average weight of 13.07 and 13.05 kg respectively, without statistically significant differences. The T2 (14 years) presented the highest average number of seeds per bunch with 1778.8 units. In the variable of total weight of seeds per bunch, the T2 (14 years) obtained the highest value with an average of 6.30 kg. Regarding the weight of the empty spine, again the T2 (14 years) showed the highest value with an average of 6.87 kg. Regarding the weight of the endocarp and endosperm when fresh, T2 (14 years) registered the best average with 2.40 g, while in the dry state the highest average was for T1 (7 years) with 1.86 g. Regarding the weight of exocarp and mesocarp, both fresh and dry, T1 (7 years) presented the best averages with 10.78 and 9.53 g respectively. Finally, in the oil extraction variable, T2 (14 years) showed the highest average with a value of 24.17 ml/kg. |

Se utilizó un diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA) con tres tratamientos y seis repeticiones. Se recolectaron un total de 180 racimos de palma de diferentes edades (7, 14 y 16 años) distribuidos en 18 unidades experimentales, con 10 racimos por tratamiento. Se realizaron análisis de varianza y las medias se compararon mediante la prueba de Tukey (P > 0.05). Se evaluaron seis variables, que incluyeron el peso del racimo, el número de semillas por racimo, el peso total de las semillas por racimo, el peso del raquis vacío, el peso de exocarpo y pulpa fresca, y la extracción de aceite. En cuanto a los resultados, la variable de peso de racimo mostró que tanto el T2 (14 años) como el T3 (16 años) tuvieron un peso promedio de 13,07 y 13,05 kg respectivamente, sin diferencias estadísticamente significativas. El T2 (14 años) presentó el mayor promedio de número de semillas por racimo con 1778,8 unidades. En la variable de peso total de semillas por racimo, el T2 (14 años) obtuvo el mayor valor con un promedio de 6,30 kg. En cuanto al peso del raquis vacío, nuevamente el T2 (14 años) mostró el valor más alto con un promedio de 6,87 kg. Con relación al peso del endocarpio y endospermo en fresco, el T2 (14 años) registró el mejor promedio con 2,40 g, mientras que en estado seco el mayor promedio fue para el T1 (7 años) con 1,86 g. Respecto al peso de exocarpo y mesocarpio, tanto en fresco como en seco, el T1 (7 años) presentó los mejores promedios con 10,78 y 9,53 g respectivamente.
