总结:Giant choledocholithiasis is a condition characterized by the formation of large gallstones in the common bile duct, a crucial pathway in the biliary system for transporting bile from the liver and gallbladder to the small intestine. This condition carries a high risk of severe complications, such as bile duct obstruction, cholangitis (infection of the bile duct), and pancreatitis, all of which can have systemic effects and significantly impact the patient's quality of life. Alterations were identified in the patterns of health perception and management, and in the nutritional-metabolic pattern. NANDA, NOC, and NIC taxonomies were used to formulate diagnoses such as acute pain and risk of infection. Interventions included pain management, infection prevention, and postoperative education. These actions were part of care plans aimed at improving the patient’s health and postoperative recovery.
