The survey of residents showed us that the resort will have a favorable reception since it would allow the growth and development of the inhabitants and the city and surroundings. A study of the determinants for the viability of the project, establishing an optimum place for their accessibility and particular features of the sector was made. Similarly, the mission and the vision of Bella Luz resort, adequate staff and their respective roles for the correct operation of the resort was established. The financial evaluation indicators: VAN, TIR, c/b, PE, they determined that the project is viable and profitable. |
