Gestión administrativa y su incidencia en el rendimiento financiero de la empresa de transporte de carga Anguetrans S.A. Santo Domingo, período 2013-2014, Plan operativo de logística.

This research was conducted at the carrier ANGUETRANS SA it dedicated to serving the shipping freight and parcels to different cities of the country, it is located in the city of Santo Domingo, and is intended to determine how this affects the administrative management in financial performance. The periods of study are the years 2013 and 2014. The hypothesis of this research is expressed as follows: "Improper administration negative impact on the financial performance of the company's freight Anguetrans" for his demonstration was attended sources of primary and secondary information through: the manager interviews, surveys of customers, partners and employees, collection of documentary information and field observations. For processing and analysis of data was used as the Excel tool, this served to interpret results objectively, allowing verification of the hypothesis. The main problem that has been causing discomfort to members is the low profitability, the investigation determined that the causes are caused by deficiencies in the administration, there is no: annual training plans, budget revenue and expenditure, mission, vision , strategic plan, manuals, instructions, procedures, user functions and non-financial indicators are used. The documentary research reveals that in 2014 a profit margin of 1.9% was obtained, transformed dollars means a value of $ 3,898.59. As a solution to the current problems is proposed to design a strategic plan for logistics, the same that aims to improve the operations and profitability, given that the sector is the most important transportation logistics, this stage has direct contact with customers. Its effectiveness is influenced by the way the delivery of the goods, fitness, treatment of employees and delivery times are performed.
