| Samenvatting: | The present research work was carried out in the province of Los Ríos, Ventanas canton, and its general objective was the elaboration of a tourism promotion plan for the Cabaña Villa Verde, which made it possible to publicize the tourism services offered by the cabin and at the same time to encourage tourists to visit the canton, which helped both the tourism and economic growth of the area and the rescue of the cultural identity. To work on this project, three specific objectives were set. The first was to carry out a situational diagnosis of the Cabaña Villa Verde through which it was possible to learn about the services it offers, the current state of each of its different areas, how this business began and how it has evolved over the years. The supply and demand of the tourist services offered was determined, which allowed us to know the services offered with their respective prices. In addition, 382 surveys were carried out among the inhabitants of Ventanas County in order to know each one of their tastes and preferences; and at the same time to know what expectations they have about the cabin. Then the tourism promotion plan was developed, which consisted in determining the target audience to which the promotion plan was directed, to later develop the strategies that helped the tourist to know the services offered by the cabin in a faster and easier way, through leaflets, billboards, flyers and the creation of a web page which contains all the information about the cabin (services, prices, opening hours); also all this information was transmitted to the tourist through digital platforms: facebook, instagram and radio advertising.
