The present work of artificial investigation, is carried out it in order to reforming to the article 22 of The Law 103, for false, malicious and rash accusations, and this way to avoid the transgression of basic constitutional rights as they are the right to the good name, to the honor and the reputation. This artificial Investigation is structured in six chapters. In the first chapter, he/she was carried out the analysis of the problem and for the effect it was necessary to outline the hypothesis in order to address the investigated process. The second chapter makes reference to the theoretical mark, in the aspects: historical, doctrinal and juridical. In the third chapter the methodology is described used in the investigation like they are the applied methods, the investigation types, the population, the samples the techniques and instruments used in the gathering of data. In the fourth chapter he/she is proven the hypothesis through the results of the investigation obtained by means of interviews to competent authorities with headquarters in Quevedo, besides the surveys carried out the lawyers in free professional exercise, regarding the rights of the citizens affected by false demands. The fifth chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations. Finally the sixth chapter speaks of the Proposal, objectives, description of the proposal, of the beneficiaries and of the social impact, etc
