| 總結: | This research topic develops an analysis of administrative management in Hacienda Los Angeles the same that is located in the canton Babahoyo Los Rios province; in which the evaluation of human talent to the area to assess the efficacy efficiency in the development of activities carried out daily in order to improve the execution of the work to be carried out which will affect the results that are reflected annually developed. So that general objective perform an audit of management of human talent to the area and its relation to administrative efficiency. In Ecuador there are companies dedicated to the production of bananas seeking tools to help improve the control of the planning is done weekly which help obtain relevant information for good decision making. In this research the different methods such as inductive, deductive the same that contributed significantly to the development of this research as well as the different research techniques in one way or another contributed to the direct contact with the area of human talent is used The research design was developed based on personal contribution during the interview and survey conducted to investigate the various anomalies in the Treasury. With the development of this work a clear vision of the company is obtained, making reference if reaching the goals the goals it has set, as well as the resources used and actions performed, in order to assess the area management human talent. During the execution of this research work, they included the evaluation of the area of human talent within the findings were: poor coordination between employee and coordinator, insufficient information movement and activities of the company, incorrect distribution of human talent, misapplication of techniques of prevention and protection of occupational hazards, breach of corporate strategic plan. As for the level of confidence we obtained 86.85%, so we have 13.17% level of control risk; measuring risks are: 28% inherent risks. An essential part of this project findings and recommendations which will contribute adequately to the Hacienda Los Angeles arise. |
