The mission of the Gerontology Center Day "Fullness of Life with Dignity" in the city of Quevedo's not only prevent injuries, but also mitigate their consequences and improve the quality of life of older adults personalized deserve special attention. The Gerontology Center Day "Fullness of Life with Dignity" recognizes that the pre-hospital care for people who were injured. First aid, emergency treatment measures are applied to victims of accidents or sudden illness until we have specialized treatment. The purpose of first aid is to alleviate pain and anxiety of injured or sick and prevent the worsening of his condition. In extreme cases are necessary to prevent death until medical assistance is obtained. First aid vary according to the needs of the victim and to the knowledge of lifeguard. Knowing what not to do is as important as knowing what to do because misapplied therapeutic measure can lead to serious complications. The objectives pursued by this thesis is to create tools and mechanisms that people who work in the Gerontology Center Day "Fullness of Life with Dignity" ensure the conservation of life; Avoid physical and psychological complications; Help the recovery of the elderly; and if an accident occurs ensure the transfer of the injured to a hospital. Subsequently the Design Plan First Aid Training for staff working in the Gerontology Center Day "Fullness of Life with Dignity" will be able to provide timely and quality care to the elderly improve their health and provide a decent life.
