During the interview and surveys carried out in the course of this research with the inhabitants of the Quevedo canton and the different Managers of small and medium-sized companies related to the production, distribution of goods and services, they reflected the speed with which the market is growing and the opportunities that in the short, medium and long term are occurring in commercial activities. The results of the research indicate that promotion and marketing campaigns should be carried out to improve the quality of the products and services offered by microentrepreneurs. On the other hand, the research establishes that the use of a management model within organizations can constitute a competitive advantage to promote the development of small and medium-sized companies. Among the different conclusions drawn from this study, the research suggests using the Training Plan through the CANVAS model in SMEs, thus microentrepreneurs will know the advantages of using them and how they will allow them to analyze exchanges of information and communication to consolidate your relationship with the customer. Managers must develop administrative processes that will allow them to consider relevant aspects to have a correct organization of the small and medium-sized company.
