Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | This research, entitled "Financial Administrative Management and Its Impact on Worker Performance in the Production of Balsa Blocks at Emproforsa, Period 2023," was motivated by the deficiencies detected in the administrative and financial processes that affect productivity. Administrative management is essential for an organization to operate effectively and achieve its goals. The main objective of this research was to analyze the impact of financial administrative management on worker performance during the production of balsa blocks at Emproforsa. The study had a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), with a field, bibliographic, documentary, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 36 collaborators and the company manager. Surveys, interviews, and direct observation were used to collect data. The results revealed deficiencies in the planning, organization, administrative supervision, and management of financial resources, which affect the work environment, productive efficiency, and profitability of the company. A direct relationship was found between administrative management and efficiency levels in balsa block production. As a contribution, a management model was designed that integrates administrative, financial, and human resources aspects. It is recommended to strengthen the supply chain, modernize control and maintenance systems, implement key performance indicators (KPIs), and apply the proposed management model. The purpose of this research was to improve internal management and position Emproforsa more competitively in the commercial sector. |
