Evaluación del sistema de producción de la empresa produsiembal Cia. Ltda. mediante el estudio del trabajo para aumentar la productividad

The company that is the object of this study is dedicated to the elaboration of balsa products, the objective of this thesis is to increase the productivity of the process of making balsa blocks in the company PRODUSIEMBAL CIA. LTDA To diagnose the current situation of the company and reduce unnecessary times and distances, the productive processes have been analyzed using methods engineering, route diagrams, process diagrams and diagnostic tools, such as Ishikawa and Pareto diagrams, with which detected the main problems that affect this section, which concern the low level of efficiency in the production process, due to damages of the presses that are operated manually, which in turn are caused by the obsolescence of its main mechanisms, whose effect is unproductive times and loss of resources for the company. Applying the process and route diagrams, it is proposed to identify the current processes step by step, establish time standards in the production line which will help to establish a time standard, improving the processes and therefore their productivity in a more optimal way and economic, facilitating the manufacturing process, achieving a better circulation of the raw material in the different processes, minimizing the number of unnecessary transport and distances.
