Desarrollo en una aplicación web dinámica para el tratamiento de documentos en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Ingeniería

The next project shows the development of a Web application for document processing in the Faculty of Engineering, this project will be implemented in the Faculty may reach implemented across the University in the future. The overall purpose of this Web Application, is to keep track of the applications submitted to the Secretary of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences by both the authorities of the FCI as applicants, once generated the necessary data will be used to display results to the authorities internal or external UTEQ as Senescyt or similar. The web application will show the applications filed, its details and movements between offices or departments before being approved with the ruling. The FCI secretary the keep, modify or remove the applications depending on the situation, it can choose the path to follow between agencies. The user (Applicant) you can check where and in what state is your document and can be accessed from your mobile phone or from a PC. The statistics can be generated by the user (Authority) from the data already entered into the system. And the user (Secretary ABG) may generate basic resolutions from the selected application and all data is present. To carry out this research project used the OOHDM methodology for design-development stage and deductive logical methodology for the investigation phase. The website has been developed using the following tools: • SQL Server 2008 • Visual Studio 2010 • Dreamweaver CS5
