Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The current feasibility study was accomplished at “Pichincha” Bank in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas City, which is located in the province of the same name; this is one of the busiest provinces and commercial movement due to the province is a connection for the regions: Coast, Mountain range and East zone. For proper fulfillment of the objectives the inductive, deductive, statistical, scientific and analytical methods were applied. Moreover; field, descriptive and bibliographical researches were used as type of investigation. In addition, for the research development; the survey (conducted by sampling a total of 161 people) and the interview (addressed to the manager of the branch office) were applied. At the end of the investigation, it was possible to prove that the feasibility study provides reliable information about the needs of employees of “Pichincha” Bank, being possible that they might improve labor productivity as long as they work near from their families. The services provided by the nursery school, for users, are the following: for maternal in 0-6 months, crawler children of 6-12 months, walkers form 1 to 2 years and kindergartens for 2-3 years. Users who wish to access the service must pay a rough cost of $ 100.00 per month. The total cost of implementation will be compensated by the zonal Bank “Pichincha”, which is currently building a new agency. Finally, it is stated that the hypothesis is positive and if this were to be fulfilled, due to the exhaustive investigation in order to study and once made the technical, economic and financial analysis; the need to create a nursery for children from 0 until 3 years for children’s employees of “Pichincha” Bank, in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, is ratified. |
