The Maintenance Area Business Applications TCS Ecuador had disadvantages in the management and care coordination ODT's (Work Order), by not having records of consistent activities and statistical reports to support decision making for Area right direction by lines of supervision. This research paper presents a solution aimed at providing a tool at all levels of the organization Area Application Maintenance Company TCS Ecuador, capable of providing a means of administration, management and coordination of project development activities software in the form of work orders (ODT). Through the development and implementation of a computer system (SAGMA) that integrates the needs of the area, with a friendly interface and easy to use, management is improved allowing for better decision making. Furthermore, SAGMA supports the daily management of developers offering a knowledge base of software elements (Servers, Databases Applications) and ODT's to identify historical most effective solutions in the shortest possible time……………
