Sumari:The design of a reusable plastic material extruder-crusher (in this case PET polyethylene terephthalate) for the production of the filament has been the main objective of this research, in order to reduce the contamination caused by the excessive consumption of packaged products in plastic bottles. For this reason, the study for the design of the equipment for recycled material and production of filament, the methodology of design and development of products of Ulrich and Eppinger, mechanical design and numerical analysis (for the study of substantial elements) were used. To execute the design of the crusher-extruder equipment, various alternatives were developed, which were evaluated in different requirements for their choice, among these, the ease of design and handling, automatic or semi-automatic, costs, size of the equipment, ease of translation and more, also the different calculations were also carried out for the detailed design of the parts that make up the equipment and the type of resistors that would be used to melt the plastic, which begin to transfer heat, all with the purpose of having an efficient product. Based on the research, the different phases that the containers must go through to be processed, including crushing and extrusion, were determined for the elaboration of the equipment, a study of alternatives was carried out, choosing alternative "C" being the most optimal, checking by the SolidWorks computational package, and then build it. In the development of the equipment, it was determined that it can process 1 Kg of plastic in approximately 30 minutes from its crushing to extrusion.
