| Résumé: | The initiative for the creation of a Centre for Business Motivation arises from the interpretation of goal 4 of the National Plan for Good Living, in its guideline 4.4.j. Build and strengthen infrastructure, equipment and technologies that, together with qualified human talent , promote the development of creative , cognitive and innovation over education, at all levels , with the inclusion criteria and culturally relevant capacities. And 4.4.k. Redirect the academic offer and the profile of graduates of creative professionals and entrepreneurs to link up with the needs of national production in the framework of the transformation of the productive matrix and the regime of Good Living. Applying these two guidelines , the professionalization of students would focus on creating local, national and international companies. According to the analysis we estimate that motivation is important generally from basic education to prepare third level, particularly in the business aspect, so solid knowledge for the crystallization of ideas will build business.It should take into account that training in the human being is vital to promote the improvement of culture in it, taking into account the values, skills, where you can promote business development; it is essential to keep in mind that training is an effective means to ensure the continuing education of the people. Achieve higher performance through training and development is the strategic goal in all organizations. Consider the well-planned training an investment, not an expense. Training programs strengthen student satisfaction, contributing to organizational development, and positively impact the lifestyle. |
