Diseño de un plan estratégico de seguridad turística para el cantón Buena Fe, provincia de Los Ríos, año 2018

In tourism, tourism security is a specialty and is one of the determining factors, or basic, as underlined by the definition of integrated work of tourism quality of the WTO, and is necessary for the development of tourism in a destination.-San Jacinto de Buena Fe is a canton with an exuberant cultural and natural wealth that has made it renowned locally and nationally. That is why the main objective of this project was to design a strategic plan for tourism security for visitors to the Buena Fe canton. A situational diagnosis was applied to obtain in-depth information on the existing tourist facilities in the canton. market analysis to discover the main weaknesses of the canton through surveys directed to the canton specifically to the Economically Active Population (EAP) and visitors, for the analysis of the applicable strategies for the design of the strategic plan four examples were taken of the already existing plans of tourist security in the country obtaining as a result that the song has to improve the signage, services and security in the canton Buena Fe. -The results report that the canton Buena Fe maintains a diversity of resources of tourist interest for the population, but does not provide security to the people who visit the canton Buena Fe, since There is no adequate signage, health and safety services are deficient, information on tourism services offered by established entrepreneurs is not provided, owners are not encouraged to provide a quality service. Therefore, viable and easy-to-apply strategies have been designed that must be managed by the municipal authorities before the relevant authorities in order to maintain the support of the Provincial Prefecture, Ministry of Environment and Tourism Ministry.
